Lagom (pronounced [ˈlɑ̂ːɡɔm], LAW-gum) is a Swedish word meaning "just the right amount" or "not too much, not too little".

Lagom is a boutique property management company operating exclusively in short-term rentals and have become the preeminent company for Fort Collins STRs. We currently manage rentals in the Old Town North neighborhood and we have such great, scalable systems, we thought we should see if we can offer to help out other homeowners doing STRs in Fort Collins.

We have built a portfolio of short-term rentals from the ground up, built a great team, and we have all of our processes super-dialed as a result of owning and operating STRs for 10 years. We have a dedicated cleaning team (our lead cleaner has 15 years STR experience) that has our properties cleaned by 4p on the check-out day every time, a dedicated handyman that handles the day-to-day as well as is on-call for after-hours emergencies, have dedicated supply garages for house supplies/linens, and we have super nerds who make sure every aspect of the revenue streams are being optimized.
